I have been a licensed massage therapist for many years, graduating from the Swedish Institute in 1992.

Massage is not just a decades-long occupation for me; it is a passion. I thrive on helping people mitigate pain and experience overall relief and wellness.

I am versed in the AUTH method of forearm massage, having studied under SHARI AUTH LMT LAc.

I have been doing pre-and postnatal massage since 1994. My specialty is Swedish Massage, having gone to the Swedish Institute.

However, after practicing for decades, I incorporate other modalities and keep up with best practices and continuing education.
